Vanilla Soy Protein Shake Recipe:

  • 1 scoop SFN Pro Whey protein powder
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup (try one of our faves from the skinnyfoodco.)
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 handful ice
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt

Vanilla Soy Protein Shake Method:
